Not everyone chooses to be with a group. Some are rogue, and they have their reasons. Some are rogue for no reason, or for no choice of their own.

This could apply to a regular human, unknowing and unaware of the world around them. Living their life day to day, until one day, the real world stumbles upon them.

One could be a Vampire from out of town, from another Coven even. This Coven might not exist in New York, and perhaps you feel no need to join one that does exist. Maybe you were exiled from a Coven already. Or just left on your own. The decision is yours to make.
